Pet Name Tag

Pet name tag, handmade item. Made to order. Plain or personalized. Select a tag size and on the comment section in the cart page put your personalized color and details. Please be very specific about your personalization with correct pet name spelling and if you want phone number on the back of the name tag. Please note that on clear with flakes/glitter the back is visible to the front. If you don't see a color you want please contact me and i will make every effort possible to get the color you want.

Solid glitter colors: Gold, silver, purple, pink, green.

Clear flake colors: Gold, silver and rose gold.

Clear glitter colors: Gold, silver, pink, purple, white, black, red and blue.

Solid colors: pink, blue, red, white, black and purple.

Please note pet name tag takes time to make and cure. Once order is placed it will take 3-4 days to ship/deliver.

Materials: May contain resin, colored flakes, colored glitter, natural dried flowers and leaves. Items are made in a clean environment and all products and surfaces are cleaned before use and correct PPE is worn.
